Hello !

Ages ago, my first blog experiences were on centralized platforms I was hopping between, until it got serious with WordPress.com, which I eventually migrated to WordPress.org.

After this switch, I progressively lost interest in my blog, even though I was still much into blogging, way later, recently, I realized I was missing comments, because indeed, visitors generally don't comment if they'd have to create an account on every independent blog they read.

Hello, World ! I’m Tiana, 26yo web developer from 🇫🇷 France, computer enthusiast since forever. Some personal history Ages ago, I got started with my very first blog hosted on Skyblog, back when I was still a kid who didn’t (but definitely pretended to) know much about computers. 🧑‍💻 Then, I went hopping

TL;DR : here's the interesting part

In order to revive the comments section, I created a small client-side app that allows readers to easily go to to their Fediverse instance to comment and read their and other's comments back here.

It's open source : git.kaki87.net/KaKi87/fediverse-comments

There were indeed previous implementations of this (mentioned in the README), but none providing a low-code setup and one that automatically redirects users to their home instance.

Wanna try it out ? Look right below !
